Licensing

Copyright (c) 2026 Kelft contributors. Existing notices and third-party terms remain intact. The inventory describes this repository’s paths.

• First-party prose, including current and versioned specifications, uses CC BY 4.0.
• First-party copyable code examples use MIT-0, unless explicitly identified otherwise.
• Site tooling, grammar, configuration, and intrinsic JSON use MIT OR Apache 2.0, at your option.
• The Brandmark and accompanying artwork retain the separate identification terms in TRADEMARKS.md and public/provenance.json.

The software licenses do not grant trademark rights. Third-party dependencies and material retain their own terms; consult the exact lockfile and upstream notices. The theme uses system fonts rather than distributing a font bundle.

The public compiler has its own licensing inventory and distribution obligations. Using the compiler does not itself license an author’s application under Kelft’s licenses; incorporated runtime code and application dependencies retain their applicable terms.
